This is so exciting--you can now go to my SU! website and place a SU! order directly. Just by clicking the , Shop Now button it will bring up different categories. I also like how the stamp sets pop up. So now when you leave a friends house after stamping and you can't wait to place an order for that really cool, scallop edge punch that she had and you loved using-you can just log on and do it at 11pm in your jammies!

Working hard or hardly working...

If you need anything fixed this is the guy to see. He can have it in and out in a jiffy, and sometimes you leave with more parts than you came in with!

ROCK STAR

Look who is up and coming

School days, school days, good old fashion rule days....

Back to the classroom with some Basic Grey, mellow collection. Under the brown scallop is a journaling notebook page where I added some notes about my kiddos. I used the SU! alphabet set and the spiral notebook punch.

Who gives a hoot...

New stamp set , Owl Together from SU! I totally cased this card from another stamper at splitcoast. I used a blendy pen for all my coloring. This card also shows off some of the new in-colors. Owls are so popular right now. This stamp set has a lot to offer a girl. It has some really cute sayings and 4 different owls. FUN.

Like it a Latte.....

Check this out it so creative. A friend gave this to me. Some one she knows made from a blue bell icecream tub and gave it a handle. Then she used the condensed foam stuff from Lowes and sprinkled cinnamon on top. How clever is this. She used for centerpieces at a benefit dinner, and she had a skewer stuck in them with a sign that said, Thanks a Latte for all your support! Just thought this was too cool not to share! Thanks Natalie for the big cup of java.

Gift Card Anyone?

This is a gift card holder that I saw on another bloggers site. They are super easy to make. They measure 2 3/4 x 9 . They are scored at 1' and 5'. Then add your pocket in the inside to hold your giftcard. I used velcro dots to secure the closing.

Spooktacular....

Happy Halloween! I know its early , but I was trying to come up with ideas for the kids school treats. I covered a soup can with My Mind's Eye, paper and then used the SU! set , Batty for You, and embossed the spider. I can't wait to get my hands on some of the new SU! Halloween paper. I punched the holes in the can with my crop-a-dile and used wire for the handle, pencil curling it at the end. The bag is supposed to look like a broom. That idea came form the new SU! catalog. I know a kid could poke some one's eye out with that stick, so I probably won't be using that!

Picture this......

This is a picture billfold that I cased off of some photos I saw of the SU! convention. I made my big enough to hold 3x5 photos. All I need to do now is add pics and embellish!

Hey everyone, this is a 12 x 18 magnetic calendar. All of the special holidays and months are stored on the back of the board. I used SU!'s Big Deal Alphabet and Holiday Blitz, stamp set. All of the dates and the months are magnetic and the calendar is hung with wire and pencil curled at the end! The picture can be changed as often as you like. This is the project that we will be making this month at workshop!

Another one piece wonder.....

Another bag folded out of one sheet of paper. I got this tutorial off of SCS. I used the new SU! scallop punch and 2 of the new SU in colors, baja breeze, and red riding hood I used the stamp set , Always.

Spinilicious....

My first Spinner Card. I know they have been around for a while, but I was so excited to make one. The owl spins when you turn the card back and fourth!

This is a post it note holder with a magnetic closure that I made for a friend! I used the SU stamp set, Friendly Flowers!

Another Magnet Board........

Same thing, different paper!

Magnetic 12x18 Boards with magnets....

This is a piece of 12x18, 24 gauge steel, that I have covered with paper. I used my crop-a-dile to add eyelets, which I put the ribbon through and I add ribbon to the middle to hide the 2 papers meeting. I used my 1 inch SU! punch to cut out my paper for the magnets. I then modge podged the paper to the glass flat marbles found at Target, Hobby Lobby or the Dollar Tree etc. and added a magnet. TFL

Like it a Latte

Yes another silly magnetic notepad......... I used Tulip Slick Puff Paint for just the right amount of whip cream. I also embellished with eyelets and added the ribbon.

Dry Erase the month away

My daughter and I made this calendar today. I got the idea from , Heart and Home magazine. We used a dry erase marker to fill in the month and the dates. The cool thing is the calendar and month box never change, but you could change your 12x12 paper monthly. I want to create something different for each month. Like Sept. add an owl in the month box or a Christmas Tree in December. You could get really creative with it. This is a 12x12 frame, the one in the mag was 15x15. My daughter had a great idea of making a chore chart with the same idea. She wants to hang hers with ribbon. Thanks for looking.

Whoo hoo!

I am so excited... I recieved the new Cricut Cartridge, Storybook today! What an amazing cartridge, it has so much to offer a girl. Several different fonts, flourishes, birds and this adorable little owl, that I know ..... kind of looks possesed with the googlie eyes. Oh well.
This is a note catching pad that has a giant magnetic clip, the clip can be found at Office Depot.
My friend Natalie showed me how to make these cute little things. Just cover chipboard with glue, cut paper to fit, and embellish the magnet. Attach to a fridge, or magnetic board andVoila!

Recipe box....

Hey, everyone! These are some of the recipe boxes that were made at a workshop I taught. The ladies did a fantastic job, and I love the polka dots. We used Stampin' Up! stamp set, From the Kitchen of, to create these personalized boxes. Each box has 6 chipboard dividers that are stamped using SU! Seeing Spots, and using the SU! Tab punch for the lables on the dividers (Salads, Main dishes, etc...) Finally we stamped our recipe cards for jotting down those oh so important recipes!
